Ingredients

1 cup cooked Rice

100 g Tofu

4 big tomatoes

whole spices:

1 Moti Elaichi (Black Cardamom)

2 black cloves

2 black peppers

Small piece cinnamon

1 Tej Patta (Bay Leaf)

Garnish:

Fresh Coriander

Salt to taste

Optional:

A small Portion of Salad of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare one cup of cooked white rice by taking 1/4 cup of uncooked rice and
boiling it in two cups of water in a pan. once boiled, drain the excess water on
a sieve.

Step 2

Chop and puree the tomatoes. Take all spices and coarsely ground them.
In a pan add Tomato Puree and heat on medium with the Tofu pieces for one
minute.
Add the ground spices, salt to taste.
Serve with chopped coriander as garnish.

Step 3: Optional

you can have a small portion of fresh vegetable salad of your choice. For Eg:
carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, cucumber, Onion etc. The same can be
consumed with a simple lemon or a tsp of olive oil & vinaigrette dressing.
