We have mixed this with soya milk which is high in protein and very low in carb and oats!! Oats are gluten-free and will keep you fuller for a long time as they are slow carbs. 

This combination of a drink is full of protein, good carbs and vitamins!!

Below is the recipe for beriberi oatmeal smoothie-

Ingredients-

200 ml Soya milk

1/4 cup of uncooked Quaker Oats

1/2 cup berries ( strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries )

1 tsp of Honey

Pinch of cinnamon powder

2 drops of vanilla essence

 

Preparation

In a blender, pour soya milk and uncooked oats. Stir it properly. Then cut and put all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries) into the blender and blend the mixture properly for 3-4 minutes. If you want the chilled smoothie, either use chilled berries or use ice as per the taste.
