Serving: one

Ingredients:

5 egg whites

1 finely Chopped Onion

1 Tomato

½ de-seeded finely chopped Green Chili

( optional)

Few Coriander Leaves

Olive Oil Spray

Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Step 1 :
Take 5 egg whites in a bowl. Whisk for few seconds.
Add chopped Onion, green chilli, salt & pepper to the egg white.
Mix well.
Step 2:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray it very lightly with olive oil spray,
if required. (It can be cooked without oil). Add the onion, tomatoes, green
chillies and sauce lightly.
Pour the egg white mixture and cook lightly. Scramble the entire mix nicely to
make into a nice Bhurji. Add the coriander leaves on top.
**You can alter the number of eggs as required in the dish.
