5 egg whites

½ chopped Onion

1 cup chopped Spinach

6 Cherry Tomatoes / or 1 regular Tomato

½ de-seeded finely chopped Green Chilli

( optional)

Olive Oil Spray

Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Step 1

Take 5 egg whites in a bowl. Whisk for few seconds. Add chopped Onion,

Spinach, green chilli, salt & pepper to the egg whites and mix well.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray it very lightly with olive oil spray,

if required. (It can be cooked without oil)

Pour the egg white mixture and cook lightly. Add tomatoes and fold the omelette.

**You can alter the number of eggs as required in the dish.
