Egg omelette is one of them. With egg also we can prepare different recipes like bread egg omelette, simple egg omelette, egg omelette with oats etc. Egg omelette with oats is one of the quick and healthy recipe to prepare for breakfast.
4 egg whites
1/4 cups Quaker Oats
½ chopped Onion
½ de-seeded finely chopped Green Chili
Coriander leaves (Fresh Dhaniya)
Olive Oil Spray
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Step 1 :
Take 4 egg whites in a bowl. Whisk for few seconds.
Add oats, chopped Onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt & pepper to the
egg white. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spray it very lightly with olive oil spray,
if required. (It can be cooked without oil). Pour the egg white mixture and cook
lightly. Fold the omelette.
**You can alter the number of eggs as required in the dish.
