Below is the recipe for Chicken egg rolls –
150-gram chicken breast
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 de-seeded finely chopped green chilly
The small piece of finely chopped ginger
Chopped coriander to taste
Olive Oil spray
Salt and Black pepper
Picked onions in red chilly powder
Take the chicken and chop very finely to mince state. You can also use the grinder to churn the same. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilly, coriander, salt and pepper to the minced chicken and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease it very lightly with olive oil spray, if required. Cook the chicken on both the sides till it turns light golden brown.
Roll the chicken in a chappati with onions and green mint sauce and enjoy the easy delicious dish!!
